Increase collaboration / Team building

Increasing Collaboration or Team Building is achieved by reducing conflict, increasing communication and building tolerance and rapport between members of a team. There has been a trend to use physical events out of the work place to increase collaboration within a team, like raft building. This is likely to have some benefits but the benefits rarely apply to all the team members and can only affect those attending. Using an NLP based approach to increase collaboration within a team sets up ALL those team members to not only enjoy increased collaboration within the team, but to also send out tentacles of increased collaboration beyond the team into other teams.  This is because an NLP approach explains to attendees the reasons collaboration is so often impeded and how easy it is to overcome the impediments, reducing conflict, increasing communication and building tolerance and rapport. Attendees then use this knowledge and frame of mind beyond the team as well as within it.
