I have successfully helped a number of people eradicate their depressed state. Often there is a feeling that life is not worth living and this arises from erroneous beliefs held about various aspects of life. In a session, when these beliefs are replaced with accurate beliefs, and a number of simple lifestyle changes are made and the depression is gone. I have to say I have NEVER heard of someone with a depressed state ending that state by taking antidepressants. I do not know why they are prescribed.
